SAPGui cache

Could anybody tell me what would happen if we turn the SAPGui cache off in the Windows Registry.

We know how to do it (519852 & 499076), but would it have any effect on the users performance other than a slight network traffic load?

I do not foresee any impact.

That clears up that issue, will have to turn off the cache and monitor how it goes.

Hello Ian,

deactivating the cache, you should also be prepared for a performance decrease on screens including dropdown listboxes with many entries.
