A barcode in a smartform

Hi, guys.

I have got a problem with a barcode in a smartform.

I created a new paragraph in a new smartform style with a barcode template.

It appears in the preview, but when I print the form, the barcode is not correctly visualized (There's only the concatenation of values that made the barcode).

Could you solve my problem?

in your printer or print priveiw it gives like that only

( i think its like all lines are similar )

for forms the particular barcode must be set to the printer basis people will do that

i think it works from your client's printer

else ask whether they are using the same barcode or not or ask them to configure

If it is ok in print-preview of smartform then print out should come, I guess it is a printer problem, check with your basis team..
