vvv urgent got error in EP6.0 installation

Am installing EP6.0 on windoes2003 OS with jdk1.4.2_10 with oralce 9 n 9.2.0.7_patches....n got an error while installing @ the component

"DataBase Server nodes " n the log is it showing like

1) MDB-06068 Bad autoextent mode: Valid values are ON and OFF

2)MDB-06010 Key db operation (read & write)failed. Could not work on table tTablespaces,records WHERE dbSid="J2E'

it was vv urgent for me plz make it clear anyone..i hope
