Underlined text in smartforms using include text

I developp a smartforms for purchase order and I have a problem with include text :

The user fills the header text and he chooses a paragrah format (P1 for example) to underline his text.

In smartforms, I insert the include text 'Header text' and I indicate the well smartstyle (paragraph P1 with option underlined).

In the print preview, the header text is underlined :

Example :

<u>Header text for purchase order</u>

but when I print the purchase order, the spaces are not underlined:

<u>Header</u> <u>text</u> <u>for</u> <u>purchase</u> <u>order</u>

Can you help me ?

I use text node with type 'Include text'.

For the example, the header text can be :

'<u>Header text for purchase order</u>

1/ Rules of contract

2/ Warranty'

In this case, only the first line is underlined and that is why I can't use underline option for text node.

Try using the underline option for the Text Node.

Instead of creating the Paragraph format with the underline, Just create a Charecter format with Underline option and use it,
