Saroj,
To use any logo (graphic) that has to be in SAP first. It can be of Bitmap file or tiff file. both work.
You can use either T.Code: SE78 or program RSTXLDMC to upload the logo into SAP.

Hi Saroj,
Place the logo on your desktop. Change the extension to *.tiff.
For example if the logo name is com.bmp, then change this to com.tiff.
Now, convert this tiff file into text element file. For this use report RSTXLDMC.
Then go to the specific window where you want to place the logo and insert the file.
Hope this helps.
Please reward if useful.
Thanks,
Srinivasa

Hi,
i don't know oracle but if you want to place a logo in smartform then
Copy your logo and save it as .bmp go to se78->Graphics->BMP
then click on import icon it asks you the path of your logo where you copied
and the name with what you want to store
then go to smartforms create a graphics window and in general attributes of that window give your logo name
