Batch expired

Hi friends,

This is a make to stock scenario. I have posted initial stock through 561 movement type for a material in which batch is activated. So it has given me some internal batch number 123 and post stock in it. Now when I am creating delivery, its giving an error something like Batch 123 already expired give another batch. Why this error was coming. That batch was created just now. Even if I create another batch and posted stock in it also the same error is repeating. Can anyone Explain me immediately. Solution pleaseeeee.

t.code MSC1N .

in the basic data 1 tab remove the expiry date field and change the date into future .

i think this is the problem u r struck.

Hi Ramesh Kumar

Go to T-Code: MSC1N and check the data. Check the Prodution date and Shelf life expire date. If the date is expired for that Material. Change the Expire Date.

This will work.

Or

Goto MM02

In the plant data/Store 1

Below u can see shelf life data. Check it. Delete or change the data if they have maintained any data in the Shelf life data.
