SAP Note 1061383 Solution Manager Diagnostics (Release 4.0, from SP 13)

Hello All,

Doing an patch upgrade on Solution Manager 4.0 from SPS 10 to SPS 13 and need SAP Note 1061383 for the prerequisites to install SMD, but get the message "An SAP note with the number requested could not be found.". Is the Note 1061383 a type error from SAP ? It's mentioned in several other SAP Notes:

1. 0.470 BC-SRV-BAL 1089641 Application Log: Einbau in E2E Trace 10.09.2007

2. 0.420 SV-SMG 662441 Solution Manager: SAP Notes for Support Packages 01.10.2007

3. 0.400 SV-SMG-DIA 1010428 End-to-End Diagnostics SP10-SP12 13.09.2007

4. 0.350 SV-SMG-SDD 1090472 E2E diagnostics - incorr warning messages in SMD Scheduler 05.09.2007

Can you please advise which correct SAP Notes is used for the SM Release 4.0, from SP 13
