Outbound delivery error

Former Member

Hi,

When creating the outbound delivery for the Sales order I got the below error message.

The sales order you want to deliver, sales order 001000929

with order type ZDPS, either contains no delivery-relevant

items or its delivery-relevant items have already been

delivered.

But the stock of the material is there.

Any suggestions?

I want to know from where does the delivery date in SO Schedule lines is determnined from? (manually entered or automatic)

Thanks in Advacne

Hi,

Check the document flow of the order, check whether it has already been delivered or not / check the item category, whether it is delivery relevent or not. Delivery date are determined from different factors. Your availability check, transportation planning time, pick/pack/load time, etc...

Sachin,

Check whether PGI has already beed done.

If not in schedule line doc vov6 check if delivery relevence is ticked or not...

Delivery date in sc line is calculated from Availability check,Lead Time,Inhouse Production time etc...

It adds all lead time to make product available and according adds the days and gives delivery date..

REWARD IF U FINDS THIS AS USEFUL...

Hi Sachin,

Please check your config for Availability check for manual or automatic.

Though your material is in stock but they might be blocked with some other orders which are not delivered.

So go and check MD04 and you can act accordinglly.

The deivery creation date should be on or later Material Availibility Date, determined in Sales Order. Check Schedule lines, Shipping tabe page to see the schedule determined automatically along with aother dates - Pick pack, loading transit times.

These dates are determined based on delivery scheduling. Times are taken from shipping point and route.
