Hello, we have a problem to design our exchange scenario.
We have SAP Retail System and SAP XI 3.0. There are 8 shops. In the every shop there is a third-party application server which manages POS.
We need to send data to POS from SAP system.
What we have done:
1) We’ve configured profiles for every shop in our SAP Retail system.
2) We’ve created a port with a tRFC destination in SAP system (and in IS as well) for distributing IDOCs.
We want to send IDOC’s from the SAP system to IS and then from IS to every 3d application server in every shop.
The main problem is a routing of IDOCs to the different 3d application servers.
But we don’t understand HOW to route the specific IDOC for specific application server from IS? How can IS sort IDOC for specific 3d application server?
Of course, we can create 8 Sender IDOC Adapter (one for every 3d app server). But we cannot bind these communication channels in IS to specific partners profiles in SAP system and its IDOC.
Can you give some advices or recommendation?
