Can any one Describe What is VL09?

Hi

VL09 is reversal of PGI ( Post Goods Issue ). After creation of delivery, we do PGI.

But when the customer doesnot need the goods he may inform the company to take back the good. This may happen due to following reason.

1. Late delivery

2. Goods damaged in Transit.

3. Quality inspection failed.

Hi..

Sometimes due to Late delivery/Goods damaged in Transit/Quality inspection failed,we need to reverse PGI...

Generally we cansel Billing VF11 later we reverse PGI through VL09...

If i am going to create an IDOC when shipping document reversal is generated..

what can be the possible segments and fields.....

i.e i need the clear idea about the IDOC TYPE.......
