DSWP screen questions

Hi,

I have 2 questions regarding service desk DSWP screen:

(1) Is it possible to auto refresh the screen for service desk in DSWP as opposed to clicking on refresh button...how to do this plse?

(2) How can you adjust the column width for DSWP in service desk solution.
