Experts how will we take hard copy for sales orders ? is tcode SP01,SP02 is ment for taking print out?

Hi

Above two answers will solve

go to va03 give your order number

in menu item sales document->issue output to

select your output type & print priview

if you still want to get the hard copy from sp01 take the spool number

and execute the program rstxpdft4 with the spool number it gives the output in pdf format

You can use the menu: Sales Document->Issue Output to, in the sales order transaction.

What do you mean by Hardcopy? It is the print of the All sales Order screens in VA02? why you need it?

Or do you mean by the Script/smartform developed Form layout?

Generally we develop script/smartform for the Sales Order and Purchase order and we take the hard copies of them

So develop the script and take the print out from it
