CMS replaced by CTS+ ?

I heard that the CMS will be replaced by CTS+, am I right ?

Replaced as from PI7.0 SP12.

You can also still use CMS and FTP.

with CMS we used to create a track, a development configuration. Then, in the Netweaver Studio, we can import this configuration. What is it now with CTS+ ? Do we need also a track ?

No, you use the Domain Controller in STMS to create the track.
