SUS-MM and ECC 6.0 quotations

Hello there,

I'm using ECC 6.0 with SUS-MM (SRM 5.0 with SRM server 5.5).

Did anyone implement the transfer of quotations from ECC 6.0 to SUS-MM.

If yes, where would I find any config guide/implementation hints?

Cheers,

Franz

Hi,

DO you mean purchase requisitions? it is not possible to transfer requisitions from Backend to SUS.

This is because SUS only identifies purchase orders and documents are created specific to vendor

Hi Khan,

I mean purchase quotations/RFQ in ECC 6.0. Similar to bid invitations in SRM.

Once a RFQ is created for one or more vendors I'd like to send the RFQ to SUS-MM, where the vendor can respond, e.g. provide a quote for the requested materials.

Regards,

Franz

I am afraid , it is not possible to send RFQ to SUS , it is not supported. This is because there is only one object type supported in SUS , and that is BUS2230 (SUS Purchase order).

It is possible only to send purchase orders from backend to SUS.

I am sorry but i dont have better answer.
