Pricing Error

Hi All,

There is a pricing error in the billing document and accounting documents is been created due to this. Error message is "Pricing Error in Item 0010" which is coming in billing document. This problem is coming only in a specific order and billing document. I have checked all the condition records and pricing procedure. Everything seems fine. Please help if anyone has any idea.

hi,

mohit this is condition record vaildility problem.

check out the condition record date for teh particulat material

<b>procedure:</b>

In billing document--> Click the item no 10>goto item condition>select the condtion type & click the <b>condition record</b> ikon which is in the bottom-> u will get the display of the cond record for the particular cond type--> now select the condition record--> in menu bar select goto & click validility period

If the validility period is after the billing document date then this error will appear.

Hi Mohit,

please go to the item 10 and check the condition type for which this error is coming .

Select this condition type and click on analysis tab .

U can urself find what is wrong

Hi mohit,

Please select the item 10 in the sales order and go to item conditions and check the analysis ,and check if the price has been maitained for the condtion type, and if it has been maintained then check the validity period of the condition record.

If the validity period for the condition record is also correct then go to vk13 and then choose the environment tab and then select the change log and look for change log per report.

Because some one might have changed the condition record after the sales order has been created and that is the reason, probably you are getting the error in the billing document.

Hello Mohit,

I guess the error is due to mismatch in the condition record values.

Go to sales order and at item level pricing condition check the condition record which was picked.

Now go to VK12 and check the current record for the condition type.

Hope this resolves the error.
