How to extend dynamic form over more than 1 page

Hi

I am using Adobe LiveCycle Designer 7.0.

When I put a table on my form and deploy it I only ever see 1 page. The data gets cut off.

Can someone pls tell me how to paginate my dynamic form?

Pls bare in mind that the method is different in 7.0 and 7.1.

I think the body page is in position content.

Table will flow to next page if the body page, table,data subforms are in flow content.

Iam working in Adobe Output designer 5.5.Here I will insert one empty page for this..

What happens if my table extends over 50 pages?

Do i have to manually insert these blank pages?

Can't the PDF form extend dynamically?
