Hello,

Scenario : IDOC-FILE

IDOC to multiple recievers using DEBMAS

I have IDOC on the source side and

"Sold to party",

" ship to party" and

"bill to party"

on the destination end

The requirement is that if the sender IDOC has multiples lines of Sold to parties, then customer bill shud also contain multiple lines with account number different for each line.... this would require 1....n communication

anybody who did similar scenario please help me...

hi venkat,

you will have multiple receiver determinations + receiver agreements for multiple receivers....

no sender agreement ...since you have IDoc on the sender side...

thr will be a single 1....n Mapping .....Assuming that all the receivers have same inbound interface

In Mapping....map the occurence of the source node with the node to be generated in the target ( The occurence will then be handled) map the fields under the corresponding nodes directly....

Hello Sushil,

I am clear with Directory configuration steps

i am facing some problem with mapping in the IR itself as how to map and occurances

the destination side has 3 DT, MT and MI

so 3 inbound interfaces

I hav to do mapping by split by value

alrite... actually its based on the account number,

so I placed KTOKD on the sender side, then split by value, then target field

KTOKD ---> (node function- split by value) -

> account number

this s not working out... do I need to include anything in the node function properties or something related?

please help

Hi,

It depends on the target structure whether you have to go for 1:n mapping or not. If the node that is holding the values of customer bill is not the root node of the target structure then there is no need for 1:n mapping and it can be handled in mapping.
