System Status INCM

Hello,

1. My Shopping cart is ordered and approved by the Approver as expected.

2. After approval the system attempts to update to update the shopping cart with the 'approved' status and release the shopping cart for follow on documents to be created.

During the step (2) while releasing the shopping cart for the follow on documents to be created the system raises error 'Unable to set status RELS, system status INCM is active'

Any idea what could be the reason? When I try to set release this manually it flows through successfully.

Hello All

I am using SRM 3.0;

The shopping cart I created is correct, that is what the system informs me when I check in the web and there are no messages in BBP_PD for the shopping cart.

The approvers has approved it; I can see his approval in SMI6 clearly. The log of SMI6 says when the 'Shopping cart is set as released' the status of this activity is Error.

I checked in SW01 and attempted to release without changing the shopping cart it gets released. This error happens to few other shopping carts also but rarely.

Shopping cart has 12 items all of them are goods items. If I create the likewise shopping cart again and send for approval and the approver approves it, the shopping cart flows through and the follow on document gets created.
