Check the rfc connection(s) which uses this user by Sm59 --> rfc connection --> Utilities --> Test --> Authorization Test

If its not a trusted connection you have to enter the new password

SM59 --> RFC connections which uses this user --> Logon security

Thanks

Whats your requirement ?

If you changed the password the rfc connection doesnt work ( assume your rfc isnt trusted ) . So if you want the rfc working , login to the system where you have the rfc connection --> SM59 --> select the rfc connection --> under Logon security change the password . Apart from this , I dont think you need to change the password anywhere
