Rebate settlement

Hi Experts

I am working on rebate processing. During this first,

I created condition table, access sequence, condition type (cust rebate) & procedure and assign respective element.

Define agreement type

Define condition type group

Assign agreement type to condition type group.

Assign condi type to condition type group.

Wrote a record using VBO1. Gave rebate as 2 %.

create order and invoice.

after that used VB02, and try to settle the rebate but i am getting error as "sales volume is not current."

Kindly help me in this regard, if configuration steps which I used are wrong, ple guide for same.

This is the error occured due to the update in the lis and u have to run a programme SDBONT06 in vb02 and then see

now u can settle the rebate

Hi Shiv

For this you need to go to "Update Billing documents" .

This is located in the rebates section of Easy access.

Enter the the details and save.

This will solve the problem

Thanks for your advice. But I am sorry to tell you that when i am using Update billing document option ,i am not getting any entry.

so ple advice.

Hi shiv

Did you go to the update billing doc screen and enter the billing document number.

you enter the billing doc number created by you , enter and then save the doc w/o doing anything.

Then come back to the agreement

In the Update Screen, ensure that the Test Run Check Box is Unticked.
