Form Needs To Be Maintained

I am running a program to print dunning letters. When the job executes I get the following message...

Form ZF150_DUNN_01 for vendor 0006334804 2713 is not maintained in language E

The dunning letter prints, but it is formatted incorrectly. Looks like a jumble of field names and values. Where can I find this form in the system to maintain it?

HI,

In Transaction code SE71, Look at the form ZF150_DUNN_01, if it is not maintained in EN language, then copy the same layout in EN language
