Export with Letter of Undertaking

Hi Gurus,

Can any body guide me for the settings required for Export with Letter of Undertaking (LOU) in CIN. I have maintained the LOU with tcode J1IBN01.

When I try to create the ARE1 system I get error not a Bond type Export.

Please guide. Thanks in Advance.

Hi Mahendra

I think before trying to create ARE-1, you have to create an excise invoice in J1IIN.

After entering the billing document in J1IIN and enter, press F6 (for utilization). A screen will appear wherein in tab "Excise Details", you have to select "Excise Invoice Type".

As per your requirement, here if you select LoU and save the document, I think your problem will be solved.

I am not sure, but most probably, this will work for you. Check up and let me know.
