Error with "Chart" web item in a web template

Hi,

when I am trying run web item "chart" in a web template, I am getting the following error.

Chart CHART_1: Internal error when communicating with the IGS

Error When Calling Up IGS (RFC destination IGS_RFC_DEST does not exist.)

Does any one know what this error might be?

we are on BW 3.0 B patch 9 and WAD/WAS 620.

It sounds to me like you don't have the IGS (Internet Graphics Service) installed or it hasn't been fully configured. The IGS must be installed separately from the system install. The installer is on the server tools disk or can be downloaded from the service marketplace. Once the IGS is installed you must setup a RFC destination to it in SM59. This destination must have a particular name. In our systems we have two destinations for IGS - GFW_ITS_RFC_DEST and IGS_RFC_DEST.
