IS Java/ABAP in REd in RWB.

hi @,

Our XI host name has been chaged with addition of domain name and afetr that we are nto able to connect and do cache refresh.

In cache connectivity test my IS abap/java both are showing RED .

My assumption is the URLs are nto correct somewhere bt dont knwo exactly where to look.

Hi !

Check in the t-code SXI_CACHE do a delta cache

Open Tcode SXI_CACHE -


>from menu XI Runtime cache----->start Delta Cache Refresh(F6 or CNTRL + F6 )

If you are trying to refresh the cache, try running the program SAI_CACHE_REFRESH in SE38. This will always work.

Hi Abhisek,

I am not trying to refresh cache but yes if it works then my work will be done .

When I am running yr tcode I am getting exception :CX_AI_CACHE_XMS

So this is also nt working Any other solution.

Tnks for the response but my problem isn't becoause of major things that you habve mentioned But due to change in the host name and now everything has stoppped working.

How did you resolved this issue.We are facing the same issue after setting up domain name we are unable to refresh the cache..
