import javadump executed with status error

Hi All,

I am installing WAS and EP on Windows XP.

In step 17 i.e Import Java Dump,I am getting an error :importjavadump was executed with status error.

The installation doesn't even ask me for the Java Dump.

Any Pointers?

Hello Indu,

A couple of things I would check here. The sapisnt_dev logfile would be your best starting point, and it will most likely reference 2 logs called jload.log and jload.java.log. These logs will allow you to see where exactly it is failing.

If it is failing before you point to the dump this this could be a JDK problem> For Windows please refer to note 716604 ane ensure that your JDK is correct. Please

also verify that your Database is up and running aswell.
