Bucket and Continual consumptions in PPM

HI All,

Can some one tell me how the standard values in R/3 reciepe are mapped to the Bucket and continual consumptions (both fixed and variable) in PPM of APO.

Hi Kalyan,

The standard values maintained in phase coupled with formula in workcenter determines the fixed and variable values for Continuous Consumption in the PPM. Whether it is going to be fixed or variable values depends on the capacity formula in the workcenter in R/3.

As regards bucket consumption - it is in APO only depending on the setting maintained in Resource Master which is mostly defaulted to "From Continual Consumption".
