Credit Exposure

Dear SAP Gurus,

If FD32 transaction I have a sales value of 35,000 for a particular account. So my total credit exposure is 35,000. This sales value comes from either open sales order value or open delivery value.

If I run VA05 report or VL06O report, I dont find any open sales order or open deliveries.

I even see this value in S067 table in open delivery field.

Kindly let me know the procedure to track this value.

You can get all your open deliveries using VL06O and all the open sales orders using VA05...

Hey sorry, u said u didnt got anything in VL06O and VA05.

Check in table VBBE, there you can get all the open orders and deliveries. In that there is a field called Document Category, there you can give 'C' for open orders and 'J' for deliveries....

Check in SARP, give SD01, there you will find a tree called credit control, if you expand that u'll get all the necessary details like customer account balance, customer line items, blocked SD docs, released SD docs, sales document etc...

Thanks for the lovely answer. Kindly let me know how will I find out the <b>Open Delivery Value</b>. Thats the issue. There are no open Sales orders or deliveries.

Please Check if the Status Update CheckBox is ticked inthe Credit Control Config.
