cProjects consultant - roles & responsibilities

Hi,

What are roles and responsibilities of cProjects implementation consultant at site. Also are cProjects consultants also divided on the lines as functional and/or technical consultants?

Hi Anirudh,

A cProjects consultant is responsible for the overall implementation of cProjects by streamlining the business process, project management/resource management techniques used in the organizations so that the tool is utilized to its fullest.

The consultant is expected to cater the needs of the client wrt the reporting requirements, data management and the overall change management since migrating to cProjects from legacy Project/Resource management tools may be resisted by the end users.

As per my knowledge, a cProject consultant should have a cusped insight to technical as well as functional knowledge, since cProjects is not like any other R/3 application.
