"Global information cannot be read" (PU823) error message in SE10

Hi, i'm getting this error in both of my installed Sneak Previews (ABAP SP12).

It seems the system is trying to access a sapmnt network share (
<host>\sapmnt\trans\sapnames\BCUSER) which is not created by the installation.

So, which directory I should share as sapmnt and with which privileges?

I've installed the system under C:\SAP_NWSP

I've tried a couple of things:

- Sharing C:\SAP_NWSP as sapmnt, with full access for everyone (i'd really not like to leave it this way if it worked anyway).

- Creating directory C:\SAP_NWSP\trans\sapnames\BCUSER (since the sapnames directory is empty).

But the problem persists. I'd like to make transports between the two sneak previews so first I should address this issue i think.

EDIT: Through debugging I realized it was looking for BCUSER file, not directory.

So, after sharing C:\SAP_NWSP\ as sapmnt directory and creating an empty text file "BCUSER" inside C:\SAP_NWSP\trans\sapnames\, the error is gone and there's no delay on accesing the transaction. But obviously this is a temporary solution, mainly because I intend to create a so this should be done right.

So I still expect some help.

Solved myself: The share must have change permissions only to SYSTEM.
