Migration of local webdynpro project to NWDI

Hello All,

I have migrated local webdynpro project to NWDI. The migration is sucessfull. But when I try to run the application the local application runs fine. But, the one on the track when I try to run it locally it gives me the following error.

Application error occurred during request processing.

Details: com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.core.DispatcherException: The requested deployable object 'vendor.com/essdev~wdlinksys' and application 'WDProjectApp' are not deployed on the server. Please check the used URL for typos.

The difference between the url. The one on track and the below one is the local one.

http://host:port/webdynpro/dispatcher/vendor.com/essdev~wdlinksys/WDprojectApp?SAPtestId=3

http://host:port/webdynpro/dispatcher/local/WDProject/WDprojectApp?SAPtestId=4

Did anyone have this problem before?

Was the activation successfull?

Is your DC deployed on to the engine?

Yes, Activation was sucessful.

I didnt get you? can you please elaborate on, DC deployed on to engine?

ALso, an addon I see entry for this orject under contant admin > webdynpro but there is no application under that folder.

Right click the Migrated wedynpro development component, Selece the Development component and select the deploy. If you have configured the j2ee engine , then the developed component will deployed to the j2ee engine

But, Arun I want the NWDI CBS to handle it.

What happens if you undeploy both components (with SDM) and redeploy using CBS?
