Hi all,

Can anybody guide me

1. how we have to see packing list (print) for specific delivery i am maintaining packing material

which packing creates HU

2.How i can get material document print out

Hi,

IMG - logistics execution - shiping - basic shipping functions - output control - outputdetermination - mainatin output determination for outbound deliveries. Here you have to follow the condition technique.

1. Create the <b>condition table</b> as per which you will maintian the condition record.

2. Create the <b>access sequence</b> and assign the condition table to the access sequence.

3. Create the <b>output type</b> or copy from standard one and rename and save it. The standard output type for delivery note is <b>"LD00"</b> & thatfor packing list is <b>"PL00"</b>. Assign the access sequence to the output type. Double click on the output type and assign the access sequence in the general data screen of the output type. Also for the medium in the outpu type you have to assign the :program" and the "from routine".

4. <b>Maintain output determination procedure</b>. Here create a new one and assign the output types to it.

5. <b>Assign the output determination procedure</b>. You can assign it at the document header level. In this the system will show you the entire line items in the document. If you assign it at the item category level then the system will show the output type of individual line item.

In case of delivery the system will show the line items. In case of the packing list the system will only show the packing items and not the main items which have been packed. But for this you have to do the packing through the system.

6. Go to <b>"VV21"</b> and maintain the condition records for the output types. Select the output type and asper the key combination enter the customer no. The system will automatically take the <b>"SH"</b> partner function. Select the line item and click on <b>"communication"</b> Here assign the printer and save the record.

Now whenever you create a delivery with packing and save it, go to change mode, enter the delivery document number, press enter and inside in the menu bar click on "outbound delivery" and in this click on "issue output to". Here the system will show you the 2 output types <b>"LD00" & "PL00"</b>. Select any one and click on "print preview" to see the print out put.

Thanks for resolve my problem but packing output i want to see only packing material but it is showing both main and packing material

can you guide me to see only packing list in PL00 out put type

otherwise any change required in SDPACKLI program.
