Business Partner creation via DSWP fails

Hi Forum,

I want to implement a Service Desk.

When i call DSWP -> Edit -> Create Business Partners and select a system for getting the user infos of a system... i get the message

"Current ST-PI Add-On to read user information missing SM_C01CLNT800_READ"

The strange is, that Add-On ST-PI is installed with service Level 3.

Any ideas how to solve this???

If you talking about only crating the Business Partner.

simply you can create through t-code BP

Hey Chris,

Now SM_C01CLNT800_READ is the RFC destination in solution manager system.

This Rfc destination points to our satellite system.

Check

1) Whether this RFC destination is working or not ??

2) Whether this RFC destination is assigned in SMSY or not ??

Hi Anand,

first of all thank you for your answer.

I checked the RFC with a connection test (SM59), and in SMSY where it is assigned to the System/Client. Also a RFC test in SMSY showed no errors.

So this was not the problem,
