Hi All,
SMTP Mail Cancelled.
These mails are from Stores and Purchase departments who are generating PO/PR [Purchase Order/Requisition ].
The mail will generate automatically when PO/PR is placed and goes to recipient.
Mails has the attachemnt document which contains PO/PR details in HTM and PDF formats.
Attachements which are HTML type are failing sometimes and also TRANSMITTED sometimes, but attachements which are of PDF file type are getting transmitted always.
Some mails which dosent even has an attachment are getting cancelled.
Only couple of them are failing.

Processing was terminated in the SAP system. The reason is given in the details below:

My Application Server "gcmdr3ap2" is running fine.
I have checked the following things ->

I Could not find anything in the Developer Trace files of WorkProcesses, System Logs.
In the Internal trace, i dont much information about MAIL getting Cancelled.

BUT, Iam able to send All the mails if i do send it if i "Repete Send "option in "Overview of send orders".

This problem usually is due incorrect Plugin configuration
Suggestions:
===========
- check in transaction SMICM that ICM is actually
running. If ICM is not running, please start it and make sure your
configuration is correct, paying particular attention to the value of
the rdisp/start_icman parameter.
- see SAP note 421359 to confirm that the options for the
program icmbnd are correctly configured, paying
special attention to the commands:
chown root icmbnd
chmod 4755 icmbnd
- In SMICM please check that the SMTP service/port are active.
- go through SAP Note 455140 to ensure configuration is correct

Thank you for your reply.
User says that he is getting err msg = " express document cant be sent"
And the mails will not go at the interval of 10 mins, but it will go after 4-5 hours of delay.

3> According to the NOTE - 455140, I got the T-code = SICF, and the port for SMTP was '0'.
I had changed it in the services through the t-code = SMICM
Now all the mails are getting transmitted successfully.
And now if i check the Trace Files through the t-code = SMICM, i see no errors
However i have a warning = "WARNING => IcmMsgProcess: connection to WP 4 broken (rc=-8,nirc=-6)"
Could you plz tell me what this means ?

7> And iam manually checking the mails today = 03:oct:07 on timely basis
14:29:06 = no cancelled mails
14:47:04 = 4 mails waiting - no cancelled
14:50:01 = all 4 mails are sent
15:18:10 = no mails cancelled
8> I also checked the SAP NOTE - 421359 - ICM: Binding ports < 1024 on Unix.
And found that the settings are just fine as it was needed.....
