how to get list of active users with their authorized tcodes.

Hi experts,

How can i get the list of all active users with there authorized tcodes (which are assigned in their roles)

Is this possible from QuickViewer?

Hello Gayatry,

I am not sure whether you can achive this in a single tcode.

But you can do it in a round about way.

TC: al08 will give you list of active uses.

And use report RSUSR002 to give you the list of roles for the users mentioned and use SE16 to get the t-codes. In SE16 enter AGR_Tcodes and then enter the details of the roles that u want the tcodes.

If you want to know all the transaction a particular user used. Try STAD.

what i am trying to do is, i want the list of all roles and tcodes (with in the role)

i am doing this manually using SUIM.

is their any report to generate this?

Hi Gayatry,

I presume that you are not looking for just active users... I mean for all the users created in the R/3 system. If that is the case, and if you want to see all the T-codes assigned those users, then you can try SUIM t-code.

Just explore SUIM and you will get loads of MIS reports.
