Send notifiction of status changing to Messge processor

Can anybody try to automate the process of sending notoficatin to Message processor (Not message creator) in time of changing message status?

Is it possible?

Hi Dolores, I trying to configure de Service Desk e-mail notification when the message status is changed and a notification to the message processor when the message is assigned to him.

I checked the following SAP Note 1278052 and your guide, i found some differences between two configurations guides, i need check with you the following information:

I need configure the action profile AI_SDK_STANDARD and SLFN0001_ADVANCED?. Any sugestion for that?, tips.

Hey Ivan,

Its very much possible to send email to message on status change.

Please view this thread for how to achieve this:

Please note that the business partner nos that you fill in the message processor must have a Valid Email-id maintained for him\her in transaction code BP.

This Business partner must also be assigned an employee role.
