Authorization issue

Hi,

There is one user who is missing some authorization for a particular transaction ME23.

When i asked him to execute SU53. The following authorization object were checked.

Object K_TP_VALU Transfer Price Valuations

Object Class CO Controlling

Field Value

Activity

03

Controlling Area

<Dummy>

Valuation View

0

What i have to do next allow this user to execute this transaction?

How to add this authorization to only this particular user because i think other users are also associated with this role.

Hi,

There is an alternate way to deal with such problems.

If there is another user who can execute this Tcode pl ask him to do so and while he does tht put him under authorization trace via tcode st01. This will give you a report regarding what authorisation objects did he hit to execute the same. Accordingly modify the other role.

This will help with.

Pl award accordingly.

Hi,

Please let me make clear there is not single role which belongs to that particular role ?.If not what i would suggest is you have to create the role for the particular user and assign the required authorizations.
