Select Ibase Component for a support message (Function module ??)

Hi,

Does anybody have a function module for selecting the Ibase-Component and his text for a specified support-message number (CRMD_ORDERADM_H-OBJECT_ID) ???

I need it into my smartform for sending email at saving the support message.

Hey Van,

The function module for getting the Ibase\component and the corresponding text is:

CRM_REFOBJ_READ_OW.

However you wil have to pass the GUID of the support message and not the object-id.

How to get this guid ??

From this object-id use select query on database table crmd_orderadm_h and the get the GUID from it.

Now pass this GUID to the Function module and then you will get what you desire.
