mass ccloser of sales orders

hi Gurus,

hi gurus i am not able to carryout mass change of reason of rejection in the sales orders through Mass change.

i want to update the the reason of rejection so that i can close the sales orders.

in my case reason of rejection gets automatically gets updated in the sales order while saving it.so that it can be used as authorisation level and specifi user opens it on VA02 and releases it so that it can be passed to production.

The above is the background.

i did nt debug the order programme.is there any user exit which is used here and which stops me from mass change.

because i am able change indiviual document in the change mode(VA02)

and all other fields like payment terms through mass change.

hi,

try if you are changng the correct field. else debugging would be the better option as the user exit may be preventing it. also verify the authorisations to the t-code MASS- may be that has sumthing to do.
