this kind of issue cannot be discussed in this forum.

If you are not satisfied with the way your message is processed you should express this in the message first. If this does not work you can use SAP's standard channels to get an official statement.

In this case for you there are two options:

- Contact the CIC responsible for your company either by mail or phone (see note 560499 for contact details).

- Involve your Support Advocate (if one exists for your company).

If I was responsible for the component the message is dealing with I would answer your request within the message, but I am not (and none of the other moderators of this forum is).

OK, you have to adhere to the official rules... "pending action"...

But: Why does the notification work for every patch except this one?

That 's the reason why I posted this question here.
