Hi,
Just want to find out if anyone out there has used Acronis to backup SAP (Windows 2003 server & Oracle).

it is not a supported solution.
Acronis is similar to Symantec Ghost which is not a real backup solution for SAP systems.
if you want to use this tool, make sure you shutdown both SAP and Oracle before trying this.
