Hi guyz,

I have a few questions for the experts

where do i find the Role comparision Utility, i mean in which transaction code? And what is the specific use of this utility?

There are 2 types of role comparisons....

User Compare via tx PFUD which reconciles the role & profile assignments to users

Comparing role contents vis SUIM (I can't remember the path) compares the transaction and authorisation content of roles. This can be performed across system too if there is an RFC connection set up that can be used.

The SUIM report path is SUIM\Comparisons - you can compare users, roles, profiles and authorizations. You can also run the comparisons cross systems.

Role comparison is used, If you are assigning users to roles from PFCG.

Role comparison update the user master record.

Note : If you are assigning users to role from SU01 then it is not required.

Hi,

These tcodes are mainly used to compare the authorisations objects assigned to two different users/roles/profiles etc

To compare between two

Tcodes

Users----

Roles----

Profiles----

S_BCE_68001431

Authorizations----

S_BCE_68001432
