URGENT: What could be the reason the import is not in the queue

Please could you help

Standard configuration

The import queue in productive system appear almost empty (only one successful import in it).

The request (Released one in development) does not appear there. When I want to add it in the queue i get messsage that it is already in the queue (but I can not see it). I need to import it

Hi Tina,

You need to refresh the Q in production, if you have already tried this and your setup is new, you need to check and re distribute the TMS config.
