Hi,

I would need more information about this.

Can you paste the related SLOG message to the error? In DIR_TRANS/log.

Thanks,

George

Hi again,

Thanks for the SLOG, I think I know what might happend. After the client copy, have you done the post

processing steps in SE06? If you have not, please go to SE06 to do

the post process steps. After that, please test again to see if the

problem still exists.

Thanks,

George

Hi George,

SE06 is needed after system copy and not after client copy,

Hi Amy,

but anways George may have a point here. Did you do system copy or client copy Also what system do SB1 and AP1 represent.

Regards.

Thanks for you input. Actually the error happened when I was trying to run from SE06. However, I found out the reason. I didn't create the temp file. Once I created it, this problem's been solved.

However, I have another problem now.

I am trying to do the client copy, so, I go to SCC4 to create new client. However, there's no proper logical system there for me to pick up. So, I go to BD54 to create the logical system. The problem is that it's keep giving me error "Changes to Repository or cross-client Customizing are not permitted". However, at SCC4, I've already set the client role as "customizing", and every setting as allow change and no restriction.

Any idea why this is happening, and how to solve this problem? Thanks a lot.

George,

Thanks a lot for your suggession. We have this problem solved. We found that once we refresh our user buffer, there's no problem add new logical system. Thank you for your help.
