System Refresh

Is there any TCODE to do a system refresh? Any Brief explanation on this will be greatly appreciated.

There is no transaction form doing System Refresh. You can do it by restoring the source database backup to the target eg : using brrestore . Its not a one stepsjob there are other steps ( pre refresh and post refresh ) involved depending on your requirement.
