Total number of uses on my R/E Enterprise System

Hi all,

how can I check the total number of users on my R/3 system?

I do not mean with SM04 where I can see only the on line users, but all the defined users on my SAP system.

I was told once it can be done through the SU01 and then go through some other actions but I cannot recall it exactly.

Rgds,

Loukas

Hi Loukas,

You can also use SU10 -> Authorization data -> Just put * in users and execute

This will list all the users and will give you Complete name, Status, etc..

Hi

Go to SU01 --> Press <F4> placing cursor on user field --> on Pop up screen change Maximum no. of hits to 9999 --> Green Check ( start search) --> next screen it will show all users and you can see an entry like xxxx Entries found.

If you want to see it by user type ( dialog users ,communication user etc )

Press <F4> placing cursor on user field --> on Pop up screen go to tab " users by log on data " --> select the user type -->Maximum no. of hits to 9999 --> Green Check ( start search)

Thanks
