PDF lookup table link to main table

Hi,

I am working in sp4 and able to upload some PDF document to PDFs table.

How I can link one of them to one record of the main table?

My challenge is there is no display field in PDFs table nor it is allowing to make any field properties to change to DF. In this scenario how one can link the respective pdf document to its related main table record ?

Appreciate any tips or workaround.

Reo,

You need to create a field in the main table to hold the PDF's. From the Console you create a new field in the main table and select the Type as Lookup [PDF]. You can then select this field from the main table in the Data Manager and link your PDF's to it.
