On entering the user credentials in challenge that comes on accessing Enterprise Portal, there comes a complete blank screen.
How could I get the definite page that used to come on Enterprise portal?

It might be because there is no Desktop assigned to the role. Please check this point as well.
Please check with your admin if you have the required Roles to view and logon to Enterprise Portal.
