How do i create a certificate in an ABAP system? If I create it in a java stack is it possible to import it to my abap system?

You can use the Trust Manager STRUST (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/70/63393c3eb3036be10000000a11402f/frameset.htm) or STRUSTSSO2 (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/78/f1a8490e7011d6999500508b6b8a93/frameset.htm).

I can also recommend the SAP course ADM960, where this is explained in detail for all kinds of SAP components.
