which one is better? PDK and webdynpros and Visual composer

I am very new in all the above mentioned tools.And now i have to work in a project which requires any one of them. Can you please give me the differences between?And help me out to choose the best one of them.Please give the details regarding each one.My PM is asking about that.Urgent......
