4.6C to mySAP ERP 6 upgrade

Quick question... we are looking to upgrade our 4.6C systems to mySAP ERP 6 and I was trying to find out if we needed to patch our system to any particular Support Pack level (or Plug-In version) before commencing any upgrade?... I am asking because we are quite behind on Support Packs (and I couldn't find any OSS notes on this!!)

Hi Sharon,

First you should upgrade your kernel to the lastes version first

Than upgrade the SPAM/SAINT

than upgrade your support package.

the short answer will be YES!

Normally, latest support packs and plug-ins will prevent delays due to program failures while running the upgrade process.
